When you contact us we will need to know the key details such as the venue, date and time you require the doves released. We will then be happy to discuss building a dove release package to suit you. Once these details have been agreed a deposit of 50% must be sent to secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the release.

Conditions of booking and release

Should the weather not be favourable on the day including extreme weather conditions such as; heavy rain, lightning storms, snow, fog or gale force winds and it is agreed to cancel the dove release a full refund can be made however if a handler has travelled to the venue with the doves then a partial refund will be made.

The doves will be accompanied by an experienced handler and they will not be released in the dark, indoors or unsupervised. The doves are to be released outdoors clear of over hanging electrical cables and other obstacles. We reserve the right to withold the release should any of these conditions stated here not be met. We also assume the right to use all photography we take at your event for use on our website and promotions unless objections are made.
